Rapper B-Hamp who is known for his song “Ricky Bobby”, admittedly says in the cypher he does not have the dopest lyrics. But, his swag is what takes him places.

Wale, oh how I love his music and hate his sensitive tweets. Some people really should learn, less is more and just hush LOL. Maybe I just don’t get his passion on Twitter, more thank likely because, I think Twitter is a toy used to make me laugh. I could care less what you other people think of it or do with it.

My favorite song to work out to of his right now is Bait, I love the D.C. Go-GO vibe to it. Make sure you check it out and if you are really a fan see him in person November 9th, at House of Blues in Dallas. Tickets start at $14, and Black Cobain and Meek Mill will also be there.

In case you don’t follow me on Twitter, I think Red Cafe is sooooo sexy! Hi Red Cafe LOL. This video is rather nice, I love the styling throughout too. The girl who plays his boo in this video is too fine…I would have loved for it to have been a black girl but maybe the black within Rick Ross caused a black overload. But hey maybe it’s because I think Red Cafe is fine and with me seeing him in a video with me girl not me makes me feel sad.

Im not the biggest fan of this show…I really hate to watch shows without a drop of color. Unless t’s just so dynamic with its characters. For example a Jersey Shore or Sex in the City. It just didn’t do much for me but since I live in Texas I supported it. It just seemed like alot of these chicks didn’t represent the thought BIG RICH TEXAS to me. But anywho, the season finale watch party was hosted by Bonnie and Whitney at the gay club Drama Room.

She mentions that they weren’t compensated well by Style and that Season 2 will start being filmed soon. I really hope that they spice this next season up a little…Can we some some great red carpet or charity events? Show them how much money really is in Dallas.

Happy Birthday to Gwen Stefani! The singer, songwriter, and fashion designer turned 42 today! I was only 1986 she was a part of group No Doubt . In 2004 she released her first solo album and followed with a sophomore album that both sold over 18 million records. She also has a clothing line L.A.M.B. and Harajuku Lovers, which is also a part of her fragrance line.

She is married to singer Gavin Rossdale and they have two children together. She recently hooked up with Target to create, Harajuku Mini Collection of accessories and apparel to be sold exclusively at Target stores starting Nov. 13. Enjoy one of my favorite songs of hers Luxurious Ft Slim Thug.

I would be lying if I said I didn’t like this little song. At first I was skeptical because of all the criticism she was recieving. Mostly due to her use of the N word. But, if one her her negroe homies aint knocked her ass out, I guess shes hood certified. This song does have a good message, so many young girls getting wrapped up in high end brands. She is basically letting girls know, do you and the rest will follow.

I like her little style too, she is in no way trying to be anyone but herself. I admire that about people, I wish I would of had that confidence now I’m just to plain old to be trying sh*t. I better stick to what I know. Anywho, yall fall bak off the kid. She is only a child being marketed to children. No one over 25 should be taking her to serious. Yall let Lil B do crackehead sh*t, let this young girl make it.

When I think of Applebottom the clothing line, I think of hip-hop and the creator Nelly. Usually, when I see girls in this particular brand of clothing they are black. So I’m very curious as to why they chose a Latin model to be the face of his clothing brand. Perhaps that is the demographic that is buying it. I’m not sure.

I understand that we live in an era where whites, blacks etc are combined as one. But, with so little outlets for black women to be seen in today’s media I’m curious as to why the staff chose a girl who doesn’t reflect the creator. Sure she is very pretty and I’m guessing quite capable of being a spokesperson for the line. However, with Applebottoms considered to be a black brand why not a black spokes-model?

Maybe I’m digging to deep..This is an age where hopefully the best applicant is getting the job. But, I have to go back to idea of branding…Perhaps, they are trying to move the line out of specifically being labeled as a “black clothing line”… Either way congrats to to Ms.Jessenia Vice, who also won Ms.Kim Kardashian look alike a couple years ago…
