Awwww! Everyone say Happy Birthday to Blue Ivy Carter, Beyonce’ and Jay-Z’s daughter that was born last night. According to a tweet from Solange, she is the “most beautiful girl in the world.” I am sure she is gorgeous indeed. Born at Lenox Hill hospital in New york, the baby is a New Yorker!

Gwyneth Paltrow tweeted, “Welcome to the world Blue”… Am I late? I didn’t know Gwyneth and the Carters were even all that close… Any who, hopefully this will squash any rumors that Beyonce was not pregnant…

Designer Tory Burch (One of my personal faves) opened up a Flagship Store on Madison Ave yesterday. In attendance was Beyonce, Estelle, Jay-Z, Paula Patton, Serena Williams, Baron Davis and more. The American designer who is 45, began her label in 2004 and was endorsed heavily by Oprah Winfrey.

Above is Rachell and Baron Davis.

Then there was Estelle, not to be confused with ol girl from Dirty Money.

Yes, Beyonce…

Awww I just want to take this time to say congrats Bey! She showed up to the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet, holding her baby bump ever so gently. I am still trying to figure out how she got so big..But hey, I suck my stomach in all the time LMAO.

I am sure her and Mr.Carter were to happy to stunt on everyone with that delivery of news. I am still trying to figure out what made her her drop the mic at the end of her performance like Sexual Chocolate. Let’s talk about Extra…But this is Beyonce, who is the same astrological sign as Michael Jackson. So NO ONE be surprised when she is drapping Hermes scarves over the baby.

Anywho, congrats I wonder what it will look like? Hopefully her.

All hail the queen!!! The 30 year old singer gets in depth with InStyle about friends, family, and possible motherhood. I am happy to see this side of Beyonce, considering for years we thought she was just a puppet. Or maybe that was just me. Now, I read somewhere, that Jay-Z is comparing her to the second coming of Michael Jackson. Umm sir, I love you both but how bout you NOT go around making that comparison. YES, she is the only singer who can dance, sing and perform beautifully live. BUT, let’s be real here by 30 MJ had by far passed Beyonce…

None the less, I am happy she is gracing the cover so amazingly… Make sure to pick up your copy today!

King Bey...

Reminding me of the late 90′s R&B group Zhane, Beyonce on her fourth leaked track brings you back to the basics. Continuing with her more adult and feel good music, like other songs like “1+1″ and “Best Thing I Never Had”. The track produced by Kanye and Consequence, features an opening liner by Kanye. Of course, rapper Andre 3000 serves his eloquent and sexy rap style to put the cherry on top.

I was speaking with a friend of mine the other day, it’s Like Beyonce is trying to slowly but surely introduce you into her new sound of music. As almost as to confuse you, she has released four tracks that to me, don’t quite go together but somehow belong. This mature, and sensual style she is delivering is setting the tone for King Bey.

I might be young, but I’m ready/To give you all my love/I told my girls you can get it

Yes BEY work HUNNI!

Beyonce Performing 1+1

While I love Beyonce, I do NOT stan for her. So, this is why I am on the late train to Paris on hearing this great song. I actually was on YouTube looking for something to yap about when I saw this. Of course she looked great, would you expect anything else? This song, is a very beautiful piece in my opinion and it gives you and old soul sound. I could hear Aretha Franklin, Roberta Flack and Marvin Gaye all through this song.

Just the other day I had asked on Twitter, What happened to all the smooth R&B. I’m glad to hear that Beyonce had my answer. You can usually rely on her to provide one of those sensual, heartfelt ballads on her album.Hers is video from the performance.

“When the WORLD”S at WAR, let our LOVE HEAL us all”

Beyonce....

Well, I must say after that performance last night I love the song just a little bit more. Lord, knows I was a little iffy about the single when I first heard it. Furthermore the video didn’t even get me too excited. BUT, after seeing her perform it live so well I must admit I kinda like it. I hope the idiots who were really saying this lady had a body double ,choked on a piece of her 27/613 when they saw her.

I felt that it was truly remarkable to see so many inspiring displays all in one night. A black woman from a two parent home, who had support of family and friends. Her husband and many notable speakers on her behalf. Beyonce, is definitely a force to be reckoned with. No wonder you favorite female R&B singer is only selling 30,000 copies and can’t book shows. She is giving every inch of herself in all she does, take notes.
